ASSIST DURING THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD

24HR CALL CENTRE:

Our service provider has permission, as part of essential services and business continuity, to work from their existing location, to run our 24Hour Emergency Call Centre with call centre staff and their team leaders per shift. As a back-up and if call volumes escalate or circumstances change from the norm per shift, they have 22 remote mobile call center units available and on call to maintain service levels (Cloud base call centre software with VPN pins, laptop with data modems and back-up battery packs). All the company’s staff are on call to assist with any crisis or challenges that may arise over the lockdown period.

ROAD & ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE:

During the National Lockdown, the following services will be rendered 24hrs:

  • Accidents
  • Jumpstarts
  • Tyre changes
  • Fuel Assist
  • Mechanical Breakdowns

Storage Fees: Arrangements with certain Yards and Panel shops were made but please note that no responsibility is accepted for storage costs as a result of an accident should the yard or shop charge any fees.

HOME ASSISTANCE:

All emergency plumbing and electrical assistance will be available during the National Lockdown. In the case of the client having tested positive for the virus, or being in quarantine due to contact with someone with the virus, they must inform the agent as there has to be adherence to the terms laid down by Government in terms of contact with anyone with a positive Corona Virus test.

CHAUFFEUR SERVICES:

Chauffeur services are not seen as part of essential services, therefore all Chauffeur services will be unavailable during the National Lockdown. Please note that the client will keep his available trips and be able to use it after the National Lockdown.

MEDICAL & FUNERAL SERVICES:

All Medical and Funeral services will continue as normal and as per the availability of the Service Provider. In the case of the client having tested positive for the virus, or being in quarantine due to contact with someone with the virus, they must inform the agent as  to the terms laid down by Government in terms of contact with anyone with a positive Corona Virus test.
