Consider the medical risk: Did you know…?

We have again had a very busy few months since my last letter. There have been a number of exciting things take place in these few months.

It is with great sadness that we lost a very special lady who played a vital role in our group for many years and was very loved in the Stepp community. Dolly van Eeden will always be remembered for her broad and infectious smile. She left an indelible mark in Bloemfontein and in the Stepp community. I honour her and grateful for the fact that I could share 19 years with her.

In August we broke ground for the groups new head office in Bloemfontein. The next 16 months will be exciting and I am sure challenging for the team from Carat as they construct our new premises.

We are after many months also in the process of finalising our new joint venture with Overberg Agri and Wealth. We have had a 17 year relationship with them and have built up a valued relationship. After many years we have identified a number of synergies and look forward to this new venture and what it will bring to the group.

I want to encourage all to keep their heads down and focused before the well-earned December break.
