Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced person to assist with processing of new life insurance business, claims, management of work flow and feedback to clients. The successful candidate will report to financial advisors daily.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of various life insurance products and structures.
  • Proficiency in quotation packages.
  • Summarising the options.
  • Basic preparation of presentation.
  • Preparing application forms with clients.
  • Set up medical appointments with clients
  • Finalising FAIS documentation with clients.
  • Set up yearly feedback reports.
  • Assist clients with complete claims process.
  • Assist clients with Multiply and Vitality status.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Grade 12
  • Telephone skills
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
  • Fluently bilingual (Afrikaans & English) – Speak, read & write
  • General admin experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Presentable and neat appearance
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Friendly & positive personality
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
